Dosage of BL -Atta Improver :
 
Type, quality and general condition of wheat flour used
Recommended dosage: 25-50 gms/100 kg of wheat flour
Optimum dosage should be determined by trials

Storage and Handling Precautions:
 
Store it in cool place and avoid keeping it in direct sunlight
At 50oC the activity loss after one year should not be more than 5-10 %
Enzyme dust may cause irritation when inhaled
